This program promotes physical activity as a key part of a healthy lifestyle—for children and adults alike. Regular movement improves not just the body, but also the mind. Through this course, participants will explore simple, fun exercises that require no equipment, understand the importance of staying active, and experience the joy of sports. The goal is to encourage lifelong fitness habits, teamwork, and the confidence that comes from moving and playing together.
